Terrie Langham: Terrie began working for a local title company in 1977, went on to work for her dad, local real estate attorney J. B. Hopkins, and then worked for several other title companies over the years before joining our staff in 2001. Thirty-plus years of real estate closing experience gives Terrie unparalleled knowledge to answer the most difficult questions.
Pam Larkin: Pam has been a closer with our office for the past five years. Prior to that time she spent seven years in banking, most as a mortgage loan processor. She understands the loan process from a banking perspective which is a tremendous asset in dealing with lenders. Pam’s work ethic, friendliness and ease in dealing with people make her an invaluable member of our team.
